Learn More Bartender Spotlight- Elkey Each month, we’re putting the spotlight on one of the talented bartenders behind 2 Silos and a cocktail created by them, with a portion of proceeds benefiting an organization of their choice. Meet Elkey, our September Bartender of the Month. Beyond the brewery, Elkey is a professional ballet dancer and artist who has performed with Oakland Ballet, Busch Gardens, Princess Cruises, and in leading roles in The Nutcracker and Cinderella. His featured cocktail, Rose with Benefits, combines Milagro Tequila, Sarti Rosa, sour mix, and cranberry. A portion of every cocktail sold this month will benefit Manassas Ballet Theatre, an organization close to Elkey’s heart.
