Meet Christopher Fabian, our November Bartender of the Month at 2 Silos Brewing Co.! When he's not behind the bar, Fabian is working toward his business degree or streaming video games with friends and family.
His featured cocktail, Hennything Is Possible, combines Hennessy, triple sec, lemon juice, strawberry purée, and sour mix, finished with a lemon wedge. A portion of every Hennything Is Possible sold this month will benefit Best Friends Animal Society, Fabian's charity of choice, supporting its mission to save the lives of dogs and cats in America's shelters. Brunch with Santa: Reservations Open November 4th
Celebrate the season at Trattoria Villagio with brunch, kids’ activities, and pictures with Santa! Reservations for the Toscana Room (upstairs) open November 4, with three seatings: 11 AM, 12:45 PM, and 2:30 PM.
Regular dining reservations are also available, and guests dining elsewhere in the restaurant are welcome to take pictures with Santa!
